Mt. Wolf consists of singer-producer Sebastian 'Bassi' Fox, guitarist Stevie McMinn and drummer Alex Mitchell. Having impressed the online tastemakers with their early EP releases Red (2015) and Hex (2016), the bands hallmark splicing of electronic and acoustic elements and layered sounds has earned them comparisons to the likes of Sigur Rós, Bon Iver, The National and London Grammar. In May 2017 the band released their much anticipated debut album, 'Aetherlight' via CRC Music.
Mt. Wolf have seen their presence across the world grow exponentially over the last 18 months, with hundreds of thousands of weekly listeners on Spotify and radio support in both the US, Australia and the UK (KCRW, BBC Introducing and Radio 1 specialist). Their album singles 'Heavenbound', 'The Electric' and 'Bohemia' have received significant support from streaming services and online tastemakers overall and their stand-alone single Golden feat. St. South, released just before Christmas, has already had over 5.3 million streams on Spotify.
